We start the trip from Marrakesh at 8AM taking the high Atlas Mountains via Tizi-n-Tichka pass (2260 M).
We take the road to the berber village of Telouet for a guided tour of the Kasbah of el Glaoui, a previous War Lord and Pasha of Marrakech. From there we continue to the Unesco Heritage Site of Ait Benhaddou Kasbah. Ait Benhaddou is a World Heritage site that has been used as a setting for more than 20 movies, such as “Gladiator” “Indiana Jones” and “Lawrence of Arabia”. We spend the night in Ouarzazate. .

After breakfast, we leave Ouarzazate to Skoura where we’ll visit the Amridil Kasbah, one of the wonders of the southern region known as the “Route of the thousand kasbahs”. The road will lead us through the Roses Valley with a stop in Kella M’Gouna, then we cross the off-road with the possibility to visit nomad family living in caves.
We will then visit the Dades gorges and see the rock formations.

Over night in Dades Gorges.

After breakfast ,we will drive to Boumalen and reach Tinghir with its fabulous canyons. At the Todra Canyons, we will have free time to walk around the “gorges”, to enjoy the river and the fabulous views . We’ll pass through Tinjdad, Jorf and Erfoud where we are beginning to see the Saharan oasis of Tafilalet. We continue to Merzouga, where we start our venture through the desert on camels. We will spend the night in an equipped camp with nomad tents. In the evening you will join a little berber party with drums music and dance around the camp fire.

Don’t miss the beautiful sunset on the dune before the breakfast. After breakfast, we’ll begin our journey to Fez. We will cross the Meddle Atlas mountains to Midelt we will stop for lunch. This town is an extremely great mountain city situated at 1488 meters of altitude. In the evening we’ll arrive in the wonderful city of Fes.
